Magazine includes a few classified and other small ads, an obituary and a list of payments made by the Death Benefit Department. Some articles include forums, meetings, recognition and survey information. In this issue is Railroads Demand 15% Wage Reduction by Phil Ziegler, And They Pay For This Stuff by George M.
